Participants interested in presenting already initiated proposals or new project ideas during the sessions are requested to prepare 3-4 PowerPoint slides per each idea/proposal briefly describing the following:

Each presenter will have 5-7 minutes to explain their proposal/project idea(s) including questions and answers. Potential partners can express their interest during the discussions or by directly contacting the proposals/ideas leaders.

During the sessions, the experts will give advice on how to address the respective Calls' objectives in these proposals/ideas and provide hints to help increase their chances of success. In addition, they will provide general guidelines that will help interested researchers to write successful proposals in response to the current FP7 Calls. The day will be concluded by a wrap-up session where participants can ask the experts specific questions related to their topics of interest.
